We Love Our Community
Our team proudly serves Lawton, OK
"We have a long history with the Lawton community. That's why quality service and community involvement are core values at Miller Noble Heating & Air Conditioning.
Business and education are important components of what we do. I came to work at Bill Miller Heating & Air Conditioning, while I was still in high school. I made it a point to learn as much as I could from the more experienced technicians around me. I took my knowledge and expanded it by teaching HVAC at Great Plains Technology Center in Lawton, OK and started my own company! I was excited to be given the opportunity to merge these two companies. Combining my past with the future, creating Miller Noble Heating & Air Conditioning and leading an incredible team of experienced technicians as we teach the next generation." - Justin Noble
Our core values are why we proudly sponsor a scholarship at the Great Plains Technology Center to help the next great HVAC technician learn our trade.

Our other community outreach
Our approach to community service is multifaceted. We're involved in a few other local outreach efforts, which include:
- Supporting and employing local veterans
- Helping local first responders
- Being a member of the Lawton Chamber of Commerce
The History of Bill Miller and Noble Heating and Air Conditioning
New Name, Same Great Service
Bill Miller Air Conditioning has been offering commercial and residential heating and cooling services to the Lawton, OK and surrounding areas for over 40 years.
The history of how Bill Miller and Noble Heating & Air Conditioning's team -- all with well-deserved reputations as experienced service professionals - came together starts just before the founding of Kayser Mechanical, Inc. in 1994.
Kayser Mechanical
In late 1993, after spending almost twenty years at Public Service Company of Oklahoma, Nellie Kayser and her husband, lifelong HVAC or Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning technician, Ed Kayser, decided to open their own residential service company. The named it Kayser Mechanical Inc.
By 1998, the Kayser's had expanded the company from only doing smaller light commercial jobs to also taking on larger commercial change outs and new installations.
Bill Miller Heating and Air Conditioning
The new company quickly caught the attention of a local businessman and friend, Bill Miller. Mr. Miller was looking for a strong HVAC company to purchase Bill Miller Heating and Air Conditioning after his decision to retire.
Bill Miller Joins Ted's Heating and Air Conditioning
Then in February of 2000, Ted Klementovich offered the Kayser's the opportunity to buy his business, Ted's Heating and Air Conditioning.
On February 18th, 2000 the Ted's Heating and Air Conditioning company joined the Bill Miller Heating and Air Conditioning company. By the two businesses joining together under the new ownership of Edward and Nellie Kayser, it increased the capabilities of the business as a whole and profit increased dramatically.
Bill Miller & Ted's Heating and Air Conditioning grew to 17 full-time employees, a full sheet metal shop, 3 large commercial installation crews, 1 residential installation crew and 4 service trucks operating at all times. Quality customer service has always been the main focus of Bill Miller & Ted's Heating and Air Conditioning, since it joined together in 2000, and by being successful at that, the company continues to grow and adapt. So, in all, Bill Miller and Ted's Heating and Air Conditioning has been offering residential and commercial heating and cooling services to the Lawton, OK and surrounding areas for over 40 years.
Bill Miller Joins With Noble Mechanical
This latest merger between Kayser Mechanical and Noble Mechanical to form Miller Noble Heating and Air Conditioning will allow the company to continue to grow and serve the Lawton community for years to come.
In May of 2018, co-founder Nellie Kayser passed away. With the desire to honor the legacy of the HVAC community that helped to build Bill Miller and Ted's Heating and Air, Ed Kayser decided to bring his son, Daniel Kayser, into the company and to merge Bill Miller and Ted's Heating and Air with Noble Mechanical owned by former employee Justin Noble, to form Bill Miller and Noble Heating and Air Conditioning.
Justin Noble began working with Ed Kayser and with Mr. Miller in 1994 while he was still in high school.
He started out as an apprentice in the shop, learning as much about the heating and air conditioning trade as possible from the senior technicians around him. Justin later took that knowledge and went on to teach HVACR at the Great Plains Technology Center in Lawton, OK. He currently sits on the advisory committee in HVACR.In 2011, Justin Noble went on to open Noble Mechanical, a residential heating and air company that also serves the Lawton, OK Area.
